How to get to Pushchino?

Moscow is easy to reach by plane at the various airports.
When booked well in advance prices for a return flight ticket are about 300EURO.
In order to facilitate transport to the hotel/venue in Pushchino, shuttle busses and/or taxis will be arranged on Sunday evening and Monday morning, as well as on Thursday evening and Friday morning to transport participants back to Moscow.
Upon arrival you will be welcomed by one of the organisors or colleagues from ITEB RAS to assist you with your onwards travel to Pushchino.

In case you like to join the shuttle busses, please indicate so on your hotel booking forms or send an Email to icawmeetings@gmail.com (in case you plan to stay in another accommodation but still want to join the shuttle).

Travel visa

We would advise to get business visas if the participants will travel alone and will visit only the conference. If the participants wish to travel with accompanying persons or wish to go sightseeing before or after the conference, or want some freedom to buy tickets, than they should apply for the touristic visas. Accompanying persons should get their own touristic visas.
In any case, it is best to clarify the details in your local Russian embassies.

More information on how to obtain a visa as well as the countries whose citizens are required to obtain a visa in order to enter Russia is discribed in the following detailed instructions.

In order to apply for a business visa, invitation letters are required (example). The letters will be prepared by ITEB RAS for all people who will be participating in ICAW 2019. So please register and inform the organisors in time.
